In 2012, I was so bad about drinking enough water. TERRIBLE. This week, I've really focused on getting more H20 in. And finally, yesterday, I reached my goal of 60 oz a day. It's been a long time since I've drank that much water in a day, and I can already feel the difference! GO ME!
I've also stuck to my plan of listening to music every morning while I'm getting ready for work and it's definitely put me in the write state of mind and an ass kickin' mood for the rest of the day.
I'm feeling good about 2013. Let's keep each other inspired!
