Water, Water, WATER!

In 2012, I was so bad about drinking enough water. TERRIBLE. This week, I've really focused on getting more H20 in. And finally, yesterday, I reached my goal of 60 oz a day. It's been a long time since I've drank that much water in a day, and I can already feel the difference! GO ME!

I've also stuck to my plan of listening to music every morning while I'm getting ready for work and it's definitely put me in the write state of mind and an ass kickin' mood for the rest of the day.

I'm feeling good about 2013. Let's keep each other inspired!

  3. As late as this comment is i wanted to share with you something i recently discovered. Try "programming" your water by writing words on the bottle that you wish to invite into your life. Such as, Romance,Patience,or happiness. Anything. Water holds intention as Dr. Masaru Emoto figured out. He performed a series of experiments observing the physical effect of words, prayers, music and environment on the crystalline structure of water. The results are mind blowing. At the end of the experiment he uses words on children as an example, but it can be used in so many different ways. I hope this was helpful for your path to wellness.
